On Oct. 1. 2019, Dr. Zhang gave a lecture on “Cloud and Big Data Security” at the School of Information and Management of Guangxi Medical University. The university is in the city of Nanning, Guangxi province, China. Dr. Zhang felt the warm atmosphere of cooperation between China and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) there.
